The perceived challenges of cooking various seafood are quickly addressed in this class. Students can expect to finish this class with a better understanding, and a higher level of confidence, in their ability to create amazing dishes with a few simple steps.
Shellfish, roundfish, and flatfish are all used in this class. Appropriate seasonal vegetables, grains, and accompaniments are included in this lesson.
Requirements- students are required to wear proper footwear- closed toe and closed heel shoes with slip resistant soles.
