Effective communication skills help your direct reports develop trust and confidence in you as a manager. In this two-week course, you will learn the "Three Communication Keys" for maintaining productive working relationships as well as effective listening and questioning strategies for communicating with both onsite and remote employees. Participants will have the opportunity to practice the skills taught and receive feedback.
